Return and Exchange Policy
Pre-order Items: Pre-order and custom made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Domestic Orders:
- You can exchange or return a ready-made item within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for any return and shipping costs.
Please note that we do not process deliveries on Fridays & public holidays.
GCC & International Orders:
- All shipped items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Please ensure the size is correct before placing an order.
Product Availability:
Our website is always up-to-date with real-time stock availability. Once an item is marked as sold out, it is no longer available for purchase. If a product is available, it will be listed on our website. However, you can stay informed about the restocks by subscribing to notifications. Simply enter your email using the "Notify me when available" button on the sold-out items page, and you will receive an email alert if the item becomes available again.
Order Modifications:
Request to change the color, size or length of an item after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated, as these modifications may not be available in stock. To prevent any misunderstanding or orders cancellations, we advise contacting us for assistance before completing your purchase.
Alteration Services:
We do not offer alteration services.
