Return and Exchange Policy
Pre-order Items: Pre-order and custom made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Ready made items: We do not offer refunds. exchanges are allowed, subject to availability. Refunds are issued only if the item is defective or damaged, and must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
if stock and scheduling permit, we may arrange to resend the item for fitting purposes. This service is subject to availability and workload, and delivery fees will apply.
GCC & International Orders:
- All shipped items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Please ensure the size is correct before placing an order
Order Modifications:
Request to change the color, size or length of an item after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated, as these modifications may not be available in stock. To prevent any misunderstanding or orders cancellations, we advise contacting us for assistance before completing your purchase.
Alteration Services:
We do not offer alteration services.
